desired temperature (recommendation: 500\u00b0F).<\/li><li>Clean and season the chicken with salt and pepper, both inside and out.<\/li><li>Place the chicken in a roasting pan and sprinkle coarse salt on top.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Stuffing:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Finely chop leeks, celery, carrot, onion, garlic, and apple.<\/li><li>Stuff the chicken with this mixture.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Herb Butter:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Melt the butter in a pan and add finely chopped parsley, thyme, minced garlic, oregano, and lemon juice to taste.<\/li><li>Brush the chicken with this herb butter.<\/li><li>Roast in the MB Chef Oven until the chicken is golden brown and well-cooked.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Side Dish:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Cut potatoes and sweet potatoes into wedges.<\/li><li>Place the wedges on a baking tray, add chopped garlic, parsley, butter chunks, and salt to taste.<\/li><li>Bake until the wedges are golden and tender.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Serve the roast chicken with herb-butter alongside potato and sweet potato wedges.
