How do I order a pizza oven?

Visit our products page to select your oven and add to your cart. The website will detail shipping costs or the option to pick up your pizza oven from our distribution centre.

How can I view your pizza oven?

MBchef Pizza Ovens operates as an online shop, catering directly to customers in order to offer cost-effective prices for our clientele. Our range of products can be easily accessed on our official website or via our Instagram page @MBchef, you can find authentic feedback from our customers on Google Reviews.

Is my oven OK to use in the winter?

Absolutely! Our MBchef pizza ovens are engineered to withstand temperatures as low as -30°C, making them suitable for outdoor storage during the winter months if you’re up for braving the cold.

Why are my cooking stone changing colour?

If you observe a change in the color of your cooking stones, simply heat the oven to 650°F and allow it to cool. This will restore the cooking stones to their original coloration.

What kind of warranty is included with the cooking stones?

Regrettably, due to the delicate nature of the stones, we cannot provide a warranty for them. However, in the event that your oven arrives with a stone that is damaged, kindly get in touch with us promptly.

The warranty does not encompass the subsequent occurrences:

• harm resulting from the shipment or transportation, which was not explicitly noted on the bill of lading during the oven’s receipt.
• harm stemming from careless unpacking of the oven.
• harm arising from improper assembly or installation of the oven.
• harm caused by heating the oven beyond the maximum temperature rating of 800°F.
• harm resulting from the use of flammable materials other than wood to ignite fires in the oven.
• harm or corrosion as a result of exposure to natural elements and/or chemicals.

The warranty will become void if the product is not correctly installed, cured, operated, and maintained in accordance with all provided instructions.

How do I return my pizza oven?

Our foremost concern is the satisfaction of our customers. Should customers decide to return items that have not been opened, a restocking fee of 20% and roundtrip freight charges will be applied. We urge you to reach out to us to obtain authorization for any returns. Please be advised that items returned without proper authorization will regrettably not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund. We kindly ask that you email our sales department to initiate an approved return.

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7 business days from the arrival of the item at our distribution center. Once the returned items have undergone inspection to check for damage and usage, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive an email notification confirming that the refund has been issued.
