We take immense pride in the excellence of our wood-fired ovens. That’s why we are delighted to introduce a warranty program that demonstrates our unwavering confidence in our products. We provide a 1-year warranty for all our models, equally reassuring you of our commitment to quality.

This warranty also extends to cover the cooking chamber’s dome when it is operated within the recommended temperature range. We firmly stand behind the durability and craftsmanship of our ovens, and our support doesn’t end with your purchase. If you encounter any issues related to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our dedicated contact page. We are fully dedicated to addressing any concerns arising from manufacturing flaws.

It’s essential to note that this warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser from the date of purchase. Any repair, refinishing, or replacements made during the warranty period will not extend the original warranty. Furthermore, the warranty is non-transferable if you decide to resell the oven.

Please be aware that, due to the fragile nature of the stones used, we do not provide a warranty for them. However, if your oven arrives with a damaged stone, kindly reach out to us immediately.

It’s important to understand that the following items are not covered by this warranty:

• Damage resulting from shipping or transportation that was not documented on the bill of lading during oven receipt. • Damage caused by negligent unpacking of the oven. • Damage resulting from improper assembly or installation of the oven. • Damage resulting from heating the oven beyond its maximum temperature rating. • Damage resulting from using combustible materials other than wood to ignite fires in the oven. • Exterior discoloration of the powder-coated or stainless steel finish. • Damage or corrosion caused by exposure to environmental elements and/or chemicals.

This warranty will become void if the product is not correctly installed, cured, operated, and maintained according to the instructions provided.

Return Policy

Commercial & Residential Returns – Terms and Conditions

At MBchef, we’re dedicated to ensuring your absolute satisfaction. Should you consider returning an unopened item from your original purchase, it’s important to be aware of the process. 

We kindly request that you reach out to us to obtain the necessary return authorization. Without proper authorization, returned items will not be accepted and won’t qualify for a refund. To commence a return, please get in touch with our sales department to secure the required authorization. Remember, all return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your pizza oven.

Refunds for returned items will be diligently processed within 7 business days after the item arrives at our distribution center. Once we’ve carefully inspected the returned items for any signs of damage or use, the refund will be processed. The credited amount will seamlessly find its way back to your credit card or original method of payment, and you’ll receive an email confirmation affirming the refund.

It’s essential to note that shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Furthermore, please bear in mind that customers are responsible for covering all return shipment costs, including any associated brokerage fees, duties, and taxes, if applicable.
