Order Policy for MBchef Processing Time

Items that are available in stock are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours, with a possible processing time of up to 3 business days in some cases. Should an item you’ve ordered be temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we’ll promptly notify you via email.

Ensuring the online security of our valued customers is a top priority for MBchef. To safeguard against fraudulent orders and the unauthorized use of credit cards, we implement rigorous security checks for every online order. Some orders may undergo additional security verifications to confirm the legitimacy of the purchase.

To minimize potential shipment delays, kindly ensure that your contact details are current and that your billing information (including name, address, and phone number) matches the information associated with your credit card.

Payment Methods

All orders placed with MBchef must be settled using a valid credit card or a PayPal account. Our secure online checkout system accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

We also offer alternative payment methods, such as wire transfers, direct online banking (bill payee), and e-transfers. If you prefer one of these methods, please contact us prior to placing your online order. Please note that orders utilizing these payment methods may be subject to additional processing times.

Order Cancellation/Modification

Once you’ve submitted an order with MBchef, our team promptly initiates the processing and shipping process. Consequently, we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed. If you wish to cancel or make changes to an order you’ve recently placed, please contact us promptly.

Price Adjustments & Updates

At MBchef, we make diligent efforts to ensure the accuracy of all information on our website, including product descriptions, specifications, and prices. However, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. MBchef reserves the right to rectify, amend, and update this information at any time without prior notice. This includes items in your cart or those added to your order, even after you have received an order confirmation from us. If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase following these corrections, please contact us immediately, and we will cancel and refund your order as needed.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

MBchef utilizes various courier and delivery methods, including in-house and common freight carriers, to ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of your purchases to your doorstep.

All items are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Ontario, Canada. Courier shipments typically arrive within 1 to 7 business days. For larger products and equipment that must be shipped using a common freight carrier, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

During holidays, please add an extra day to the estimated shipping or processing time. It’s important to note that all delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. If you require an item sooner, please reach out to us promptly so that we can explore potential solutions.

US Shipments

MBchef can ship its products to the United States. Please be aware that international shipments may incur additional taxes, duties, and fees that are not reflected during the checkout process or in a customized shipping quote.

For heavy or oversized items that require shipment via a common carrier, a broker at the U.S./Canada border may be necessary. We will provide you with the cost of this service as part of a customized shipping quote. If you prefer to arrange your own shipping company for your order, please inform us accordingly.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

Upon receiving a delivery, please thoroughly inspect all items and immediately report any damage, missing items, or loss to MBchef. This allows us to promptly engage with the courier to file a claim and provide replacements when necessary. In the event that a product arrives damaged, we may request photographic evidence of its condition to expedite the resolution process.

On rare occasions, a shipment may be lost by the carrier during transit. If you suspect that your order has been lost (for instance, if it’s significantly past the estimated delivery date and you haven’t received it), please notify us. We will collaborate with you and the carrier to locate and ensure the successful delivery of your order.

When receiving freight deliveries, please carefully inspect the items upon arrival. If you notice or suspect any potential damage, please clearly note it on the bill of lading before signing, and contact us immediately. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee compensation for damages that were not recorded on the original delivery receipt.
