Ingredients

Dough:

  • 1 kg Bread Flour
  • 600 cc Water
  • 20 cc Olive Oil
  • 30g Salt
  • 50g Fresh Yeast

Topping:

For Regular Pizza:

  • 1 liter Tomato Sauce
  • 400g Mozzarella per pizza

For Fugazzeta:

  • 1 kg Mozzarella per pizza
  • 200g Cooked Ham
  • 3 Onions
  • Salt
  • 50g Parmesan Cheese

Procedure:

For the Dough:

  1. In a bowl, combine bread flour and salt.
  2. Dissolve fresh yeast in warm water. Add it to the flour mixture along with olive oil. Knead until you get a smooth, elastic dough.
  3. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.

For the Toppings:

For Regular Pizza:

  1. Roll out the dough and press it into a deep-dish pizza pan.
  2. Spread a layer of tomato sauce and add mozzarella.
  3. Add any additional toppings or seasonings as desired.
  4. Bake in a preheated MB Chef Oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

For Fugazzeta:

  1. Roll out the dough and press it into a deep-dish pizza pan.
  2. Spread a layer of mozzarella, add cooked ham, and top it with sliced onions. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Add another layer of mozzarella on top and seal the edges of the dough to create a stuffed crust.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated MB Chef Oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
