Ingredients
Pizza Dough:
- 2 balls of Pizza Dough (250g each)
For Bacon and Mushroom Pizza:
- Tomato Sauce
- Smoked Bacon
- Portobello Mushrooms
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Egg
For Potato and Rosemary Pizza:
- 1 Potato
- Coarse Salt
- Olive Oil
Procedure:
For Pizza Dough:
- Preheat your MB Chef Oven to the desired temperature (recommendation: 700°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough into desired shapes.
For Bacon and Mushroom Pizza:
- Spread tomato sauce on the rolled-out dough.
- Add slices of smoked bacon, sliced portobello mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.
- Crack an egg on top.
- Bake in the preheated MB Chef Oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
For Potato and Rosemary Pizza:
- Thinly slice the potato.
- Spread the potato slices on the rolled-out dough.
- Sprinkle coarse salt and drizzle olive oil over the potatoes.
- Add fresh rosemary leaves.
- Bake in the preheated MB Chef Oven until the crust is golden and the potatoes are cooked through.
