Ingredients

Pizza Dough:

  • 2 balls of Pizza Dough (250g each)

For Bacon and Mushroom Pizza:

  • Tomato Sauce
  • Smoked Bacon
  • Portobello Mushrooms
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Egg

For Potato and Rosemary Pizza:

  • 1 Potato
  • Coarse Salt
  • Olive Oil

Procedure:

For Pizza Dough:

  1. Preheat your MB Chef Oven to the desired temperature (recommendation: 700°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into desired shapes.

For Bacon and Mushroom Pizza:

  1. Spread tomato sauce on the rolled-out dough.
  2. Add slices of smoked bacon, sliced portobello mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Crack an egg on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated MB Chef Oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

For Potato and Rosemary Pizza:

  1. Thinly slice the potato.
  2. Spread the potato slices on the rolled-out dough.
  3. Sprinkle coarse salt and drizzle olive oil over the potatoes.
  4. Add fresh rosemary leaves.
  5. Bake in the preheated MB Chef Oven until the crust is golden and the potatoes are cooked through.
